Organization of Annual General Meetings (AGM)
Our AGM is held in October each year, typically at one of our residences. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss issues of importance to all of us, including (but not limited to):
Road, pond and common area maintenance
Our financial status and next year's budget
Covenants, dues, rights and responsibilities
External events or changes affecting the HOA
Any other concerns.
Before the date of the meeting, a Notice of Meeting and a Proxy Form will be sent to each Homeowner. Homeowners who are unable to attend the meeting are asked to nominate a proxy and return the completed Proxy Form in advance of the meeting.
If there is a topic you would like to see discussed at the meeting, please inform the Board.
Aside from the AGM, special meetings are called whenever there are topics of importance to discuss outside of the Annual Meeting.
