Attached are the proposed changes to the covenants to allow the Architecture Review Committee to continue after January 2011, the addition of an appeals process, and some requested clarification to specific building limits. The continuation of the ARC and the other changes will be discussed and voted on during the AGM.
The (revised)Chris-James version includes the edit changes from the current covenants. This allows for a comparison between the current version and what may be changed.
