The road committee has received three quotes so far for road repair. These repairs are to restore the seriously damaged areas of the road. The repairs will not improve the actual road construction quality significantly, so the damage may occur again.
The quotes are based on an initial quote of 508 sq yd of repair. The actual amount may differ. The quotes should include the digging out of 8 inches per broken area, the replacement of 8 inches of abc stone, compacting, and 3 coats of BST on the surface.

Quote 3:
To extend the time between repairs, the road will need significant investment. The road as built allows water to seep underneath and caused most of the current damage. It has been proposed that asphalt may be poured over the road to help seal the surface and increase the road durability. This improvement will be a significant investment and therefore should be discussed at the AGM and may significantly alter the budget.
